Deuteronomy is plain about where wealth comes from. The power to get it is given, and it is given for a reason: so that a covenant people can keep covenant. The moment increase arrives, memory is the first thing under pressure. We forget the Giver, and we spend the gift on everything except the purpose that rode in with it.
Financial Evangelism Ministries was founded because that forgetfulness is common, including among believers who are genuinely generous in other rooms of life. There is more in the Kingdom, in cash and in kind, than is currently reaching the work of the gospel. Ignorance does some of that. A lack of holy motivation does the rest.
So this is not a ministry that blesses greed and calls it faith. Wealth creation is taught here as a skill and a stewardship. Markets, work, ideas, and disciplined money are lawful tools. They become ministry when they are aimed. A financial evangelist is a believer who builds means, and then puts those means to work so that people can hear the gospel and the church can carry her mission without begging for leftovers.
If God has trusted you with increase, the question is no longer whether you will have enough to be comfortable. The question is what the harvest is still waiting for you to fund.
